Naira Marley, a Nigerian singer, has accused the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) of abusing his artists Zinolesky and Mohbad.
According to Naija News, the NDLEA attacked the artistes’ home and arrested them along with a few others.
The basis for their arrest, according to the agency, was that they had cannabis and Molly in their possession.
In response to Mohbad’s release, Naira Marley slammed the NDLEA for breaking into their home without a warrant in the middle of the night.
He urged the CIA to release Zinoleesky and those who were still being held captive.
“NDLEA has released Mohbad after physically attacking him,” Naira Marley said on his Twitter account. Zinoleesky is still being held captive. The boys are under a lot of stress after being ambushed without a warrant in the middle of the night. I need to get back to Lagos as soon as possible.
“It’s horrible what’s happening to my brothers.” The injustice is egregious, and it’s starting to resemble a pattern.
